  Observation. Licensee's first aid has expired.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed children files, minor log, daily attendance, emergency cards and incident reports with no concerns. A care plan is required for the child in care who requires the extra support.

  Observation. Licensee's ECE recently expired on May 3, 2021. Licensee stated she has already submitted the required documentation and is awaiting for her renewed certificate. Licensee's criminal record check has expired along with her spouse's.

  Observation. Please ensure the removed shower components are covered/or restricted access, located beside the diaper change area.

  Observation. The outdoor chain link fencing on the north side of the backyard requires replacement or repairs to ensure that children are free of harm. The fence is lower then 4 ft high and the chain link fence allows opportunity for children to put their small hands through the fence. The neighbours that share the fence have a large 70 lb Labrador dog, that charges the fence and barking at the children while they are outside. The licensee disclosed the large Labrador dog has bitten her husband already. Licensing requests a health and safety plan for when the facility is using the back yard until the fencing can be fixed.
