• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of all child registration records it was noted that one did not have a doctor's phone number, and one had no doctor's information. This information is required in the event Emergency Services requires it. Notify Licensing of addition of this information to the records on or by November 27, 2025. The Minor Incident Log, Outdoor Inspection Log, Fire Drill Record, and Emergency Preparedness Practice record were reviewed and determined to be complete and up-to-date.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon inspection of the outdoor play area it was observed that a swing set has been installed within six feet of a fence. To reduce risk of injury swing sets must be at least 6 feet from any other structures when the seat of the swing is pulled up horizontal to the ground. Notify Licensing of actions taken to reduce risk of injury until the swing set can be re-adjusted.

  Observation. Upon review of child records and discussion with Licensee it was determined that other identifying information such as height, weight, eye and hair colour have not been recorded.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon inspection it was noted that two sleep mats were stored resting against each other. To reduce risk of spread of infection ensure mats are stored so they are not in direct contact with each other.

  Observation. Upon review of child records it was noted that care plans require further information. Ensure that the diagnosis, symptoms and actions to be taken are documented and reviewed with parents annually or as changes occur.
