Observation. During the inspection three children were present inside the premises, ages one, three and four. The operator stated none of the three children are related to them by blood or marriage. The operator also stated that two of the three children are siblings. Based on observations and information provided by the individuals present at the time of inspection, it is confirmed that a contravention to Section 5 of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act has occurred at 100-1655 Ord Road Kamloops, BC. Immediate compliance to Section 5 of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act is required. Written confirmation must be submitted to licensingdirect@interiorhealth.ca prior to February 6, 2026 at 9am.
