  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it is observed that one or more requires the date of enrolment. Enrolment dates are required in order to demonstrate when attendance in the program began. Ensure enrolment dates are documented in child records. One record requires a care plan to provide extra support to a child. Care plans are require to ensure children receive the support they require in order to be able to have their health, safety and dignity protected while in care, and to allow them to participate in the program as fully as possible. Ensure care plans are developed as required for allergies, medical conditions, developmental differences and emotional/behavioural conditions. The Minor Incident Log has not been being used as prescribed. The Minor Incident Log is for documenting accidents, illnesses and unexpected events that are not reportable to Licensing. Ensure the Minor Incident Log is used to document irregular occurrences that may impact the health, safety or dignity of children, but are not reportable to Licensing. Corrections are due on or by February 4, 2026. The Fire Drill Practice Log, Emergency Preparedness Practice Log and Outdoor Inspection Log are complete and up-to-date.
