Licensing reviewed a sampling of child records and determined them to be incomplete as they were missing a section on the registration forms recording persons authorized to pick up the child, persons who may not access the child, and a current photo with complete identifying information was missing for two child records. Submit to Licensing by the follow up date requested, not only confirmation all child records have been reviewed and updated if needed to ensure they are complete, but also how the system for recording children's information has been revised to prevent the occurrence of missing required information in the future.

    Observation. Licensing observed medications stored in a first aid kit and hazardous items stored in a desk accessible to children during today's inspection. Licensing informed the Manager of the issues prior to leaving the facility.

    Observation. The facility is currently operating the preschool as a full day program with children in attendance more than 4 hours. The follow-up date requested is the timeline for the Manager to submit an amendment request to Licensing.
