  Observation. A large cushion in one of the program's play areas is stained, patched with duct taped and not in good repair. This issue has been corrected during this inspection by removing it from the classroom to be discarded. No action required. Two toilet seats in the washroom have visible wear on them. It is important for all equipment to be easily cleaned and maintained in good condition to ensure health and safety of children. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before July 10, 2026.

  Observation. Outdoor inspection log was not filled out thus far in June 2025. It is required that a log of daily play space inspections and maintenance is kept at the facility. Submit a written plan regarding this issue on or before June 19 2025.

• C8.2 - Is each child provided a comprehensive and coordinated program of developmentally appropriate activities that encourages physical, intellectual, language, emotional, and social development?Non-critical

  Observation. It was alleged that children in one of the care programs at the facility are not being provided with daily outdoor play periods. As a result of follow up, it was determined that this allegation is substantiated. It was also alleged that children may not be receiving programming to support active play while indoors. As a result of follow up, it was determined that this allegation is unsubstantiated.

• C10.1 - Are children provided with a healthy and safe environment, and protected from harmful actions?Non-critical

  Observation. It was alleged that food has been used on occasion, as an incentive/reward to encourage children to complete specific tasks. As a result of follow up it was determined that this allegation is substantiated.
