Observation. A review of six employee records indicated two records were incomplete. One was missing character references. The other was missing evidence of compliance with the Province's immunization program. A person must not be employed until the manager has obtained the required documents. This is a reoccurring contravention originally found out of compliance on February 7, 2023, and March 1, 2024. Confirm by 14-April-2025 that these employee files are complete with evidence of missing character references and immunization status.

Observation. The Licensing Officer reviewed 20 children's files and found two to be incomplete. Both files were missing the name and phone number of a medical practitioner one was also missing a photo or digital image of a child to be used to readily identify the child in an emergency and a medical insurance plan number,. Confirm by 14-April-2025 that these files are complete with evidence of the missing information added. The Licensing Officer observed a child's care plan has not been reviewed at least once each year as required by the Child Care Licensing Regulation. Reviewing care plans yearly ensures the information contained in the plan is current to ensure that children requiring extra support receive safe and supportive care, and to support employees to know how to respond to any symptoms of identified conditions. Confirm by 14-April-2025 with evidence that the care plan has been reviewed.
