Observation. The fridge temperature in the Group Child Care (under 36 months) program measures 6°C and the fridge temperature in the Group Child Care (30 months to School Age) program measures 5°C. To ensure safe food storage and prevent food borne illness, the temperature of the fridge must not exceed 4°C. A response is required by June 8, 2026, to confirm the risk has been mitigated. A wall in the Group Child Care (under 36 months) program and a wall in the Preschool/School Age program are in poor repair. Missing baseboards have left exposed dried adhesive and damaged drywall accessible to children. Facilities that are not maintained in good repair may present health and safety risks to children, particularly when damaged materials are within their reach. A response is required by June 8, 2026, with evidence confirming this risk has been mitigated
