  Observation. Not all employees practice the fire drill. To ensure the safety of children in an emergency, all employees are required to practice the fire drill monthly. Submit by December 04, 2025, confirmation that the fire drill is being practiced by all employees at least once a month.

  Observation. Some required information was missing from children's enrollment records. Some children's "emergency cards" did not have a digital image of the child. There was not a record of the daily, monthly or annual play space checks completed.

• C5.1 - Are healthy eating and nutritional habits promoted and practiced?Non-critical

  Observation. Information on food and drinks offered to children have not been provided to parents in the months of September or October.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Two current criminal record checks and one work history were missing from employee files.

  Observation. Some early childhood educator certificates have not been validated.

  Observation. The children are not supervised by suitably qualified staff.

  Observation. A reportable incident was not reported to Licensing.

  Observation. Some staffing files were missing immunization status.

  Observation. Some school age care parents are not informed about the food and drink offered to children.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Licensing conducted a random inspection of the employee files and found them to be incomplete. Several employees had expired criminal record checks, several were missing confirmation of immunization status, and one staff file was missing work history and reference checks. Evidence of Early Childhood Educator certificate validation was also missing.
