  Observation. A bottle of cleaning product is stored in an accessible cupboard under the kitchen sink. Children must not have access to hazardous objects or substances. The cleaning product was moved to a locked upper cupboard during the inspection.

  Observation. Some child records are missing, including the name and phone number for a medical practitioner for one child, and the medical insurance number for two other children. The Licensee is required to have current records for each child. Submit by March 04, 2026, written confirmation that the missing information has been added to each child's record.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Some character reference checks are missing. Ensure all employee records are obtained prior to an employee starting. Submit by March 04, 2026, confirmation that missing records have been added to each employee's file.
