    Observation. Licensing observed the following in the cedar classroom: - Bleach and water solution stored on the counter next to where children wash their hands. - Cleaning products stored in an unsecured cabinet that is accessible to the children

    Corrective action. Ensure all hazardous substances are out of the reach of children.
