    Observation. Licensing observed 14 children on site and only 1 staff counted in ratio. There was one additional individual prsent. The additional individual confirmed that she was a support worker for a child requiring extra support. Licensee contact stated that the support worker was also helping with ratio two days a week until the numbers go down and ratio becomes 12:1.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that the ratio is maintained at all times as per Schedule E.
