    Observation. Two ECEA certificates were not posted at the facility. Two ECE Infant Toddler Certificates were posted of staff who do not regularly work at the facility.

    Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detaining their action plan to address the contravention

    Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.

  • The licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.

    Observation. Criminal Record Checks were not available for two persons over the age of 12 who are ordinarily present at the facility.

    Corrective action. Licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their actions taken. A health and safety plan was requested.

    Observation. More than 4 children were supervised by one ECEA staff in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program from March 30 - April 2.

    Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.

    Observation. The Infant/Toddler staff to child ratio was not maintained on one day when 2 ECEA staff worked with children between 7am and 9:15am.

    Corrective action. The licensee discussed an action plan with Licensing in April, proposing a temporary compliance plan. Licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.

    Observation. Children were left unsupervised while eating for a short period of time.
