    Observation. The manager name is not displayed in either of the programs. This needs to be available to families.

    Corrective action. Please post manager name prominently.

    Observation. A care plan is not available for a child requiring additional support.

    Corrective action. Please ensure any child requiring additional support, even when administering their own medication, has a care plan for staff to support them.
