Observation. There is no actively used outdoor play space at this facility, as per manager. On October 22, 2021 a plan had been agreed upon with Licensing to have the outdoor play space to be renovated no later than March 2022, and the facility has not yet met this timeline, as renovations have not been completed.
Corrective action. Please review your previous outdoor play space renovation plan and send an updated copy with timelines to your LO. Please also review your current play spaces away plan, and resubmit, including considerations to the new development growth and how the children will be kept safe with increased traffic/persons in the area.
