- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A care program described as School Age Care on School Grounds where the licensee is not a board of education must ensure that any play materials or equipment are appropriate for the age and development of the children in care. Subsections (1)(a), (3) and (4) do not apply to School Age Care on School Grounds where the licensee is a board of education.
Observation. Licensing observed that there is still no shade provided in the outdoor play space. This was noted on the last inspection but was not addressed.
Corrective action. Please ensure shade is provided for the hotter months for outdoor play and safety of the children. Please provide a corrective action plan to Licensing.
