A licensee must ensure that each employee (c) practices implementing the emergency plan at least once each year.
Observation. In conversation with the Licensee, it was evident that the annual emergency drill had not been practiced. The intent of the regulation was further discussed.
Corrective action. Please ensure the emergency drill is practiced annually and recorded as discussed.
