- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
Observation. An unlocked drawer in the washroom contained the Manager's personal items. Licensing explained that although children are always supervised in the washrooms, any substances that may be hazardous to children must be locked away and inaccessible to children.
Corrective action. The Manager will address the contravention.
