  Observation. Licensing reviewed 2 staff files and 1 file was missing evidence of the person's training and skills. They have confirmed they have copies of their certificates but it is not on site.

  Corrective action. Please ensure staff files contain evidence of the employees training and skills

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 2 staff files and 1 file was missing evidence of a second character reference. The manager stated it was on-file but unsure where it may have been placed.

  Corrective action. Please ensure staff files contain evidence of character references and the required amount.

  Observation. Upon inspection, there was no photograph available for all children.
