    Observation. There are not enough sufficient amounts of food and water for all children for up to 72 hours.

    Corrective action. The manager said she will add more food and water to the emergency supplies.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed 2 staff files and 1 file was missing evidence of the person's training and skills. They have confirmed they have copies of their certificates but it is not on site.
