  Observation. Licensing observed multiple children's files to be missing the enrolment date

  Corrective action. The Manager will go through the children's files and add the enrolment date.

  Corrective action. The Manager will apply for the staff to have site specific criminal record checks through the criminal records review program

  Observation. Upon inspection, one staff file did not have the validation completed.

  Corrective action. Please ensure all staff certificates are verified by the system maintained by the early childhood registry.

  Observation. Upon inspection 1 staff file did not have an ECE certificate validation on file.

  Corrective action. Please ensure all persons employed in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant holds a certificate issued under Division 2, which must be verified by the system maintained by the early childhood educator registry.
