    Observation. Upon review of registration forms, it was found that a child with an identified allergy did not have a care plan available. The Licensee explained that the child is no longer impacted by this. Licensing had a discussion around records being current.

    Corrective action. Please ensure each child requiring extra support has a current care plan including the course of action recommended by health care professional.
