Observation. A spray bottle with lysol in the bathroom was accessible to the children
Corrective action. The Licensee will put the spray bottle in a locked cupboard to ensure it is inaccessible to the children

Observation. The fire extinguisher was overdue for servicing, as it is required to be done annually.
