  A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

  Observation. Upon observation of Room 1's bathroom, it was found that a bleach bottle was accessible to children.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.

  Observation. Emergency cards were reviewed and photos of the children were not included on the cards. The emergency cards are stored in the off-site first aid bag and Licensing provided education on the importance of having photos on them in the event of an emergency.

  Corrective action. Please ensure a photograph of each child is available to readily identify the child in an emergency.
