  Observation. - Daily attendance record is missing some departure times of children. Accurate attendance records are vital for ensuring every child is accounted for during emergency evacuation drills and/or during daily transitions. Submit a response with evidence of compliance by March 3, 2026. - The outdoor play space inspections log is incomplete since the beginning of February 2026. Detailed records of play space inspections help track and ensure the timely repair and removal of potential hazards before they cause injuries Submit a response with evidence of compliance by March 3, 2026.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The Licensing Officer observed animal feces in children's outdoor play space at the time of inspection. Ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided and maintained at all times. This was corrected during inspection.

  Observation. C3.1H - Regulation 20(1) - An adult living on the premise has an expired criminal record check. This must be updated through the criminal records review program and a resource has been provided. Note: Another person over the age of 12 will also require a criminal record check in July 2022.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. C4.1B - Regulation 55 - In discussion the program did unexpectedly close last year due to illness. This incident is considered reportable to licensing as a "service delivery problem" as defined in Schedule H of the Regulations. Please submit; the incident reporting link has been provided with this report.
