  Observation. Licensing reviewed required facility documentation during the inspection. A child record was missing identifying information for a child in care. Child registration forms do not include information regarding authorized pick up persons. A care plan reviewed was found to be incomplete and compliance not recorded. Submit by the follow up date requested, confirmation all current child records and care plans have been reviewed and include all required information. The minor log was not available during the inspection. Licensing provided education and guidance regarding what information to record in a log for minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events. Submit confirmation the minor log is present at the facility and staff have been informed of the information to record in the log.

  Observation. Licensing observed cleaning supplies accessible to children in one of the program rooms. The Manager was notified during the inspection and relocated the supplies out of reach of children, correcting the non compliance during the inspection.
