  • C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

Observation. Licensing reviewed a sample of child registration records at the facility. The start date recorded is the current month and year and does not reflect the actual first day the child started attending the facility. The Manager explained the registration forms are updated each year and the previous year's form is kept in storage offsite. Ensure all child records for children currently attending are revised to include the actual day month and year the child first started attending the program. The end date reflects the last day the child attends and will not be returning to care. Information was exchanged regarding what required information for children should be reviewed and updated.
