A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. On review of the emergency supplies in the program, Licensing observed limited amounts of supplies that would sustain the program capacity for up to 72 hours of emergency care. Further discussed the requirements with the Manager.
Corrective action. Please ensure the facility is appropriately equipped to respond to an emergency situation. Please provide Licensing with a compliance plan by the date below.
