A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed the resilient surfacing under the swing and climbing equipment to be depleted.
Corrective action. Manager said he will have more wood chips brought in.

A licensee must keep current records for each child showing (a) the information set out in subsection (2), (b) if applicable, the information and agreements set out in subsections (2.1) and (2.2), and (c) the consents referred to in subsection (3).
Observation. Five children's files were reviewed and from those 3 start dates, 1 personal health number, and 2 digital images.
Corrective action. Manager said they will implement a system to ensure children's files are up to date.
