A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Emergency supplies were not sufficient to support emergency care for the group and the first aid kit requires additional equipment to support first aid care.
Corrective action. Licensee will ensure all emergency supplies are sufficient

A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].
Observation. Fire drills have not been recorded and Licensee said they last practiced a drill in January. Annual emergency drill was practiced but not recorded.
Corrective action. A template as a visual aid will be emailed again to the Licensee. Licensee said she will remember to record the drills practiced and practice according to legislative requirements.
