Observation. Purple scooter is broken from the foot rest.
Corrective action. Licensee said she will remove the scooter so children do not have any acess to it.

Observation. Fire extinguisher has not been serviced annually

Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed a mop stored in the bathroom which was accessible to children. The Manager confirmed that cleaning products are used with the mop.
Corrective action. During the inspection, the Manager moved to mop to the storage area which is no longer accessible to children.
