    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed exposed gyprock on one wall in the facility.

    Corrective action. The Manager explained that art is typically displayed on this wall and that the wall will be fixed.

    Observation. During the inspection the manager could not produce the policies and procedures documents. Manager stated that she took all policies home to place them in a binder.

    Corrective action. Please ensure all policies and procedures are available to all staff so they can guide them in the care and supervision of children.
