A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: (a) the diagnoses relevant to the child's requirement for extra support, as made by health care professionals.
Observation. Upon inspection, there was no care plan available for a child with an indicated allergy on their registration form.
Corrective action. The Manager explained that the child no longer has this allergy and will have the family update this information.

- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed a garbage can in the bathroom with soiled diapers in it without a lid
Corrective action. Please ensure garbage can in the bathroom has a lid in order to maintain a healthy and safe environment for children in care.

A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
Observation. Licensing inspected the outdoor play space and observed the following: - Toddler size red bike has rust on the handles and pedals. - Little tikes activity garden has rust on various parts of the play set. Manager stated that she will be removing both items from the play space and discarding them.
Corrective action. Please ensure children do not have access to any object that may be hazardous to the health and safety of a child.
