  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 3 children's files; 2 missing their immunization status.

  Corrective action. Licensee must ensure that for each child, there is a record showing the child's immunization status. Please ensure there is a system in place to review children's files.

  Observation. Fire drill for June 2022 was not practiced and recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure monthly fire drill is practiced with all children.

  Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the manager today: - To ensure that children have no access craft tools used for personal use, e.g. glue gun, hammer, gorilla glue, etc... These items were placed in kitchen counter.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times.
