Observation. Criminal Record Check is not current (expired) for one employee.

Corrective action. The Licensee will ensure that CRCs are current.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing observed an unsecured blind cord that was potentially accessible to children in the front room. The Licensee removed this from children's accessibilty during the inspection.

A family member removed the cord from children's reach during the inspection.

Observation. Licensing observed wear and tear on walls in high traffic areas. The Licensee has a plan to repair.

Observation. Walls (dining, hallway, and main play area): Various paint chipped/peelings, gyprock exposed/accesible to the children. The Manager said that paint touch-up will be scheduled.

Corrective action. Ensure that facility is clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

Corrective action. Please ensure all children's files are complete.

Observation. Bathroom: changing mat for diapering started to rip/ tear; this does not allow proper cleaning/ sanitization after each use ( diaper change).
