EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
Observation. Licensing observed the following in the outdoor playspace: - Four planks of wood leaning against the house. - Loose bricks, and rocks accessible to the children. - A few rusted nails and screws in the fence that posed a hazard to the children. - A crack and hole in the siding of the house which posed a hazard.
Corrective action. Manager said she will remove and repair all items mentioned in the observation above.
