  Observation. Licenisng observed that an emergency drill practiced in the Preschool (30 Months to School Age) program had not been recorded and that fire drills practiced by the Group Child Care (School Age) program had not been recorded since October 2023.

  Corrective action. Ensure a current record is kept showing compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c).

  Observation. Licenisng audited a playground inspection log for the month of March 2024 and noted that no record had been kept for March 7, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26 and 28, 2024.

  Corrective action. Ensure a daily log is kept.

  Observation. Licensing performed an audit of 10 children's files this date. One file was missing consent to release the child to someone other than the parent.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files contain consent to release to someone other than the parent.

  Observation. Licensing observed four medication forms for emergency medication. Two forms did not indicate amount to be administered.

  Corrective action. Ensure medication forms include the amount of medication to be administered.
