  Observation. Licensing audited seven children files, seven files did not contain written consent to call and ambulance or medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing consent to call an ambulance or medical practitioner.

  Observation. Licensing observed that a care plan for a child requiring extra support had not been reviewed with a parent.

  Observation. Licensing observed that a fire drill practiced in September 2022 had not been recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept showing compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c).

  Observation. Licensing observed that attendance records did not show time of departure for all children in care on September 12, 2022, January 3 and October 26, 2023.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept showing time of arrival and departure for each child in care.
