  Observation. Licensing observed a log of all inspections, maintenance and repairs was not kept. Manager stated they performed the inspections but not recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure a log of all inspections, maintenance and repairs is kept.

• In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58,

  Observation. One staff file was not on site for Licensing to review. Licensing requested fire drills records from the previous year 2022/2023 and the Manager stated the records were not kept at the premise.

  Corrective action. Ensure all records referred to Section 56-58 are kept in a single place at the community care facility.

  Observation. Licensing audited 10 children's files; one was missing name and telephone number of a medical practitioner and one was missing telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children have name and telephone number of a medical practitioner on file.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed three staff files and one had an expired Criminal Record Check from August 2021.

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff have a valid Criminal Record Check on file.
