    Observation. Licensing observed the slide in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) had cracks where it was secured to the wooden landing.

    Corrective action. Ensure children to not have access to and object that may be hazardous to their health and safety.

    Observation. Licensing observed the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) had 11 children with three staff: ECE, ECE, ECEA. The Infant toddler Educator did not arrive until 9:00 a.m.

    Corrective action. Ensure the ratio of employees to children is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
