Observation. Licensing audited five children's files and observed one child's file with medication requirement on February 27 and July 8, 2023 to be administered by staff. The medication sheet was blank with amount and times specified by parent not filled in.

Observation. Licensing observed four staff; one ECE, one ECEA and two RA's on arrival. One staff knocked on the door to upstairs, the unlicensed portion of the home, to notify the Licensee, who is also the ITE, that Licensing was at the facility. No ITE was in the staff to child ratio at the facility, in the licensed portion of the home when Licensing arrived as the upstairs is not part of the licensed space at the premise.
Corrective action. Ensure ratio of employees to children attending the community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observation. Licensing observed an Infant Toddler Educator, Early Childhood Educator Assistant and a Responsible Adult with nine children. No Early Childhood Educator was present at the facility.
Corrective action. Ensure ratio of employee to children is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observation. Licensing observed one care plan had not be reviewed with parent since July 2021.
