  Observation. Licensing was also notified this date that there was an unlicenced program being operating, up to five days per week, in the Group Child Care (School Age) program that is in the Gym.

  Observation. Licensing observed the protective surfacing under the single spinning wheel, on the composite climber, measured less than one inch and there were tree roots exposed.
