  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files contained record of written consent to call an ambulance in case of accident/ illness if parent cannot immediately be reached.

  Observation. Licensing audited two volunteer's files, and observed two files were missing a record of immunization status. One record had been corrected during the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure all educator and assistant certificates are validated through the ECE Registry.

  Corrective action. Ensure educator or assistants have a certificate validated through the ECE Registry.

  Observation. Licensing observed that one care plan had not been developed for a child in care requiring extra support.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children requiring extra support have a care plan is developed in consultation with the parent of the child.
