  Corrective action. Ensure character reference checks are obtained for all employees.

  Observation. Licensing audited two staff file, one file did not contain a record of work history of an employee.

  Corrective action. Ensure a work history is obtained for all employees.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record of immunization status is obtained in all staff's file.

  Observation. Licensing audited three children's files and observed two missing record of written consent from parent to call an ambulance in case of accident/ illness if parent cannot immediately be reached.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files contained record of written consent to call an ambulance in case of accident/ illness if parent cannot immediately be reached.

  Observation. Licensing audited two volunteer's files, and observed two files were missing a record of immunization status. One record had been corrected during the inspection.

  Observation. Licensing observed three staff files this date, all of which did not have a certificate validated through the ECE Registry.

  Corrective action. Ensure all educator and assistant certificates are validated through the ECE Registry.
