    Observation. Licensing observed that the end of the indoor Little Tykes Slide was two feet away from the bed. This was corrected at the time of the inspection.

    Observation. Licensing observed that six children had been signed into care on February 16, 2022. Licensee stated that the six child was not in care very long because he was upset. Licensee stated that there must have been a mistake in her record keeping as she never exceeded the maximum capacity of five children as per imposed conditions.

    Corrective action. Ensure the community care facility is operated in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care.
