Observation. Licensing audited six children's files and three children's files were missing a record of a name and telephone number of a medical practitioner. The Licensee corrected this citation at the time of the routine inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure that all children's files contain a record of a name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.
