Licensee stated she was aware she had more than the allowed maximum of three children under the age of 36 months in care. She would apply for a temporary placement request for two children under 36 months.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
