  Observation. Licensing observed fire drills had not been recorded. Licensee stated that drills were practiced but she had not recorded the event.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept of implementation of monthly fire drills.

  Observation. Licensing observed that staff had an expired first aid certificate.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed nine children's files. One file did not contain a photograph of the child. Licensee stated that this was this child's first day of attendance.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child which contains a photograph or digital image of the child that can be used to readily identify the child in case of emergency.
