Observation. Manager informs that the program uses the downstairs washrooms upon arrival and prior to going outside. The upstairs washroom is used when children are in the activity rooms. Hot water is measured to be above 49 degrees Celsius in all faucets.

Observation. *One child's epi-pen has expired as of October 2021. *One child had no epi-pen as it had been sent home due to expiry. The Manager reports that the parent has not yet brought in a new epi-pen.

Observation. *The soft chairs upstairs are quite stained and have rips on the arms, exposing soft sponge. This item is no longer easy to clean or in good repair and was originally found out of compliance on June 24, 2021.

Licensing was unable to connect with the Educators to confirm the children's records, however the records that were observed were missing the following items (widespread); -care card numbers -photos -parental emergency (signatures) -emergency contacts (only parents listed or no contacts) -no parent names - just phone numbers -immunization records The attendance record book has only been documented to June 15, 2021. The children's records were observed to be in general disarray and 2 of the Educators were uncertain as to whether or not children were still attending.
