  Observation. Licensing observed that a child's inhaler that was supposed to be kept in the child's backpack was not present during the inspection. A discussion was held with the manager to set up a system to verify upon arrival that medications are present in the child's backpack.

  Observation. Licensing observed that monthly fire drills have been conducted and recorded, however the last emergency drill conducted was September 2019.
