  Observation. LO noted an entrapment area on the playground for room # 6.There was space in between the outdoor storage unit and the fence that will not allow for direct supervision and was posing risk to injury.

  Observation. LO noted the following: - one staff had a site specific expired from January 9,2025.Had an up to date CRC from a college. The manager applied to renew the CRC during the inspection. -two staff had only one reference letter on file
