  Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

  Observation. The emergency plan has not been practiced within the past 12 months. Licensee informed that a practice of the emergency plan will be implemented within the next week, and Licensing will be notified once it is completed and recorded.

  Observation. Licensing observed one medical care plan and asthma medication that has expired. Licensee informed that this child will be exiting the program at the end of August.

  Observation. Outdoor inspections are conducted daily of the facility's yard space, and the park. A previous log has been developed, however not kept up to date.
